Step into an entrepreneurial role within AnyMind’s E-Commerce Enablement division, where you'll manage and scale FMCG brands as if they were your own. As a Brand Manager, you’ll oversee the entire brand journey from inventory movement in warehouses to strategic marketing execution and driving sales across both online and offline channels. This is a unique opportunity to directly shape the growth of AnyMind’s e-commerce business with your own hands.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Brand Strategy: Own end-to-end brand management, including positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy across online and offline channels.
  • Sales Ownership: Drive product sell-through across e-commerce platforms and retail channels; manage stock and performance via DDI warehouse.
  • Marketing Execution: Develop and execute both online (digital/influencer marketing) and offline marketing strategies to meet brand and sales goals.
  • Brand Growth: Collaborate with the digital marketing and retail teams to lead promotional activities, marketplace execution, and in-store campaigns.
  • Performance-Driven: Track key metrics and optimize brand performance with a strong focus on revenue, sell-through, and market share.
  • Brand Uplift: Take full ownership of brand positioning, visibility, and growth in a competitive FMCG landscape.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management within the e-commerce or marketplace industry preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, or skincare
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian e-commerce and retail landscape
  • Business-oriented mindset with hands-on experience in strategy, pricing, and campaign execution
  • Fluency in English for internal communication and collaboration
  • Excellent cross-functional skills, able to work effectively with supply chain, digital, and retail teams
  • Self-starter, results-driven, and passionate about building impactful consumer brands.
