The Social & Live Commerce Executive position is a liaison between KOLs / KOCs and the Account/clients team, facilitating Affiliate campaigns & AI live stream operations. Responsibilities include researching & proposing micro/nano KOCs lists, and managing project scopes and timelines to ensure successful execution. The role requires strong partnership management with KOLs/KOCs and consistent communication with internal teams to track progress and knowledge of affiliate marketing industry trends

 

What You Will Do

  1. Affiliate Marketing (40%)
    • Execute affiliate marketing campaigns through KOLs/KOCs across platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada,...
    • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with KOLs/KOCs to ensure content is effective, timely, and aligned with brand positioning.
    • Monitor key performance metrics (GMV, booking fees, engagement rate, etc.), analyze campaign effectiveness, and propose optimization strategies.
    • Coordinate internal stakeholders (KOL, brand, platform) to ensure revenue and budget KPIs are met.
  2. Live Commerce (AI Live Operations) (60%)
    • Pitch & Plan: Support the BD team with case studies, assess feasibility, and develop a project timeline.
    • Onboarding: Create detailed implementation plans, coordinate internal stakeholders
    • Shooting: Ensure the equipment checklist and production quality meet platform standards.
    • Pre-live: Set up livestream systems (TTS, tech infrastructure), and coordinate training sessions if needed.
    • Live Execution: Oversee live sessions, handle real-time issues, and ensure smooth and effective execution.
    • Reporting: Analyze sales results and engagement metrics post-live; provide insights and recommendations for future improvement.
    • Retention: Develop strategies to retain and grow client relationships, and encourage recurring livestream sessions.

Who You Are

  • Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as KOLs/KOCs management role in a digital marketing agency, especially in an account executive, social media role.
  • Have hands-on experience in e-commerce live streaming on TikTok, Shopee Live or compatible platforms.
  • Strong understanding of KOL/KOC scouting and influencer platforms.
  • Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
  • Experience working with production team: know how to check filming equipment (camera, lighting, mic), content quality.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • Very willing to learn every day, easy to manage and highly collaborative.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
