Senior Executive, Performance Marketing (AdOps)

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing to take digital campaigns to the next level! You'll be managing ads across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more—analyzing data, optimizing performance, and ensuring every campaign delivers results. What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic ads, and other digital advertising platforms. 
  • Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights that drive business growth. 
  • Develop strategic media plans to help clients achieve their business objectives. 
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and post-campaign performance reports with key metrics. 
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines while collaborating in a team-oriented environment. 
  • Automate daily reporting and operational tasks using Google Sheets formulas. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners (e.g., Google, Meta, Shopee, Lazada account managers). 
  • Monitor campaign performance closely to ensure KPIs are met and optimize where necessary.

Who You Are

  • Experience: At least 2 year of experience in digital marketing or media agencies
  • Skills: Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. 
  • Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. 
  • Mindset: Proactive, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
